David Lewis |
|
David Lewis is
presently Deputy Chairman of the board of the
Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), the
state owned industrial development financial
institution. He is also the Vice-chairman of the
Steering Group of the International Competition
Network. He received his training in economics
from the Universities of the Witwatersrand and
Cape Town. |

Professor Allan Fels, AO is Dean of
the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG). This
institution provides senior management development programs,
including an Executive Master of Public Administration program, for
high level public sector managers. Professor Fels was Chairman of
the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission from 1995 until
30 June 2003. Prior to that he was Chairman of the Trade Practices
Commission from 1991 to 1995 and Chairman of the Prices Surveillance
Authority from 1989 to 1992. Professor Fels was previously Dean of
the Graduate School of Management of Monash University. |

Robert D Anderson is Counsellor,
Intellectual Property Division in the WTO Secretariat where he is
responsible for issues concerning the interface of trade and
competition policy. Mr Anderson holds
Degrees in Economics and Law from the University of British Columbia
and Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto, Canada), respectively, and has
completed graduate courses in Economics and International Affairs at
York and Carlton Universities, also in Canada. |

Simon J. Evenett
is Professor of International Trade and Economic
Development, University of St. Gallen,
Switzerland. He is also Programme Director of
the most established group of international
trade economists in Europe, namely, the
International Trade and Regional Economics
Programme of the Centre of Economic Policy
Research. Professor Evenett is an expert in the
commercial policy and strategies of the USA, EU,
and the rising economic powers, such as China.
Simon Evenett obtained his batchelors degree in
economics from the University of Cambridge and
his doctoral degree (again in economics) from
Yale University. |
