Scott H. Jacobs is Managing Director of Jacobs & Associates, an international consulting firm specializing in regulatory reform. He is among the leading international experts working in the area of regulatory reform and has worked with about 30 countries. He received his graduate degree from the Princeton University, USA.

Dr. Stewart is Vice president and Acting chair of the FTAA Negotiating group on Competition Policy (NGCP). Dr. Stewart has specialized on competition policy in her research over the last six years, and is known internationally for her work on competition issues from a developing country perspective. She holds a PhD. in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations, University of West Indies.

Wang Xiaoye is Professor and Director of Economic Law Departmnet of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Scieneces. She holds a LL.M. from Remin University, a Doctor Juris degree from University Hamburg. She is the author of 6 books and about 200 papers published in Chinese, German and English. As the leading expert in the field of antitrust law in China, she is advisor of the Drafting Committee of China’s Antimonoply Law and lectured twice for the Standing Committee of Natonal People’s Congress.
