Telkom Loses Jurisdiction Case

South Africa’s Supreme Court of Appeal has ruled
that the Competition Commission (CC) has
jurisdiction over Telkom, after a long-running
dispute which commenced in 2002 when the CC
attempted to impose a fine of approx. US$490.16m
