UK Financial System More Stable

sustained support for the banking system and
monetary policy measures. Banks must take measures

The Spanish Telecommunications Regulator, the
Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones (CMT),
has fined the telecoms company Telefónica for
delaying the provision to competitors of ADSL
wholesale services separately from fixed line
services. The regulations were set by the CMT in
2008 and the investigation followed a complaint
