Competition Law provides that filing thresholds are calculated on
the basis of the general minimum daily wage in Mexico City. In
2010 the filing thresholds are 4.85 percent higher.

Commission, UK on January 26, 2010. Carstensen was previously a
partner in the law firm Slaughter and May, specialising in UK and

its implementing regulations, it empowers the Ministry of
